01 · What this policy covers

This policy covers devrig.ai, the website of DevRig LLC and of the DevRig product. Our other properties — corpfacts.com, disasterstatus.com and snip.tools — each publish their own privacy policy, and those policies govern your use of them.

02 · The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, your optional answers to the two survey questions, the referring page, and the time of signup. We use this to invite you to DevRig in waitlist order, to send at most two emails before launch, and to understand — in aggregate — where people run coding agents today. We do not sell or share the list, and we delete your entry on request or if you ask to be removed in reply to any email.

To prevent abuse of the signup form we also store a salted, one-way hash of the submitting IP address. The address itself is not stored.

03 · Analytics

We run a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, on our own infrastructure. It counts page views and basic interaction events (such as "joined the waitlist") without cookies and without building an advertising profile. Analytics data does not leave infrastructure we operate and is not shared with any advertising network or data broker.

04 · Hosting

Our hosting provider records standard technical request data — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, user agent — for delivery, abuse prevention and security. We do not use that data to build a profile of you.

05 · If you email us

If you write to contact@devrig.ai, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of the correspondence. Emailing us does not add you to any list.

06 · Processors we rely on

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS and content delivery for this site, and storage of the waitlist.
• Our email provider — delivery and storage of messages sent to our contact address, and delivery of waitlist emails.

These providers process data on our behalf in order to run the service. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers on this site.

07 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. For this site that means your waitlist entry and any email correspondence. Write to contact@devrig.ai and we will answer.

08 · Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

09 · Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
