The terms that apply to this website. Each of our other properties publishes its own.
01 · Scope
These terms apply to devrig.ai, the website of DevRig LLC. They do not govern corpfacts.com, disasterstatus.com or snip.tools — each of those publishes its own terms, which apply when you use it. When the DevRig service opens, subscribers will agree to separate service terms at signup; nothing on this site is that agreement.
02 · What this site is
An informational site about the DevRig product and the company behind it, with a waitlist for launch. Product descriptions and prices describe what we intend to offer at launch; they are information about a future offering, not a contractual commitment, and the service itself may change before it opens. The waitlist price commitment we publish on the front page is honored as stated there.
03 · The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation on either side, and can be undone at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to contact@devrig.ai. Waitlist position is assigned in order of signup and determines invite order at launch.
04 · Accuracy
We keep this site current, but we provide it "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Comparisons with other services reflect their published prices and documentation at the time of writing; check the current sources before relying on them.
05 · Links to other sites
This site links to our own properties and elsewhere. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement.
06 · Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and marks on this site belong to DevRig LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to this site — including for press, diligence or reference purposes — with attribution. You may not copy the design wholesale or present it as your own. Third-party names and marks (including Claude, Codex and Aider) belong to their owners; their use here is descriptive and implies no partnership or endorsement.
07 · Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure. Do not use automated means to overload or disrupt it, including the waitlist form. Do not use our name or marks to imply an association that does not exist.
08 · Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevRig LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
09 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10 · Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated below.
